Went to Sims today with a car load of scrap metal. Great experience from friendly safety conscious staff. The lady at the weigh bridge is very helpful and friendly ,and also gives very clear instructions round safety on the site.Staff at the drop off area were friendly and quickly to offer assistance to unload.Went back to hand back high via vest and helmet and were given money for the strap.Great friendly culture and very helpful.Thanks for a great experience dumping scrap metal.

I work for this company, and the atmosphere is very family orientated very professional and safety conscious, all staff are customer focused and very accommodating to people's needs as best we can under the covid rules. Drive in, get paid, drive out, it's that easy what more can I say.

What a waste of time. Zero service when I drove in. One guy sat outside office & not interested while another kept on cleaning the office floor. After a couple of minutes I drove off to Scrap Palace & got great service.
