Easy to deal with the company. Friendly staff. I had problems paying on time like say more than a month, they did not force calls. Handled smoothly for payment later. Good company, good prices for electricity.

When I joined The Gateau House in 2018 as the general manager, I was approached by Artem from Reliance Utilities. It was great timing as I was looking to cut costs where it was possible. Artem was quick on his feet and willing to help and managed to come up with a proposal with approximately $18K savings over the period of two years. The part that I love about this company is that they are not just after one off sale, but willing to make friendship and continue that relationship.I strongly recommend this team and the company if you are wanting best price and top notch support.Awesome company to deal with.

Highly recommend this company. Their attention to service and following up is on spot. The savings have been in the thousands which has let up upgrade shop air conditioning system and run them economically.
