Hard to remember when I've had better service. Had a flat battery which they first jump started via call out, then when I drove there to get the battery tested (turns out it was dead) then got a new one under warranty. Whole thing took maybe 10 mins, no waiting around, friendly staff, promptly confirmed it was under warranty, changed it over and I was on my way.Took a whole lot of stress out of my day these guys are A +++ 10/10

Wonderful service to replace a failed battery. They tested it on the spot (Tuesday) - the battery failed. They did not have this unusual size battery in stock (they usually do) but said they would have it in stock in 2 days (Thursday). Gave us a price but also told us of another Wanaka garage that would likely have the battery in stock, which the garage did but at at $90 above the AA price. Returned on Thursday and AA Wanaka replaced the battery at the price agreed. Took all of 10 minutes from when we turned up (no appointment booked).

Awesome mechanics! After taking my car here for wofs and services several times over I’ve had the pleasure with dealing with them. They’re always honest and they catch things ahead of time. Even though they always seem to be busy, everything gets done when it’s supposed to. They even managed to fix my washer pump instead of replacing it completely last time, saving me some money! Great people and great service. I’ll always come back.

Service correct but how hard we needed to fight in order to have a half clear answer to repairs that need to be done on the vehicle. We still don't know is the problem is to be solved tomorrow or next month.
