Taupō Library
Our local library is my happy place. The staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much bother. I love how I can check out books without having to go up to the counter (unless I owe for a book ordered) and how you can place your returned books into shelves where they are automatically and instantly returned. Brilliant. I even bring my family down when they stay and get books out for them to enjoy while they're here. Keep up the good work everyone, I really enjoy coming in.

Great Wi-Fi, working areas with tables and plugs. Super clean toilets. Also seems to have a great choice of books but we didn’t come for the books ;)

Taupo Library is nice place to reading books and rent new books. If you want to read books inside the library you need to come here without your car because you can’t park your car more than 60 minutes. But they got hips of book collection. Specially I like the kids collection. Kids reading area is very nicely decorated and organised. They have wheelchairs also for adult senior citizens or visitors. There entrance is very Wheelchair friendly and car parking also.

Love our local library. All the staff know my sons name and chat away with him and offer different authors for him to read.They have great holiday program ideas as well!

Libraries are great places, and Taupo's is no exception! Clean, well organised, good stock of books (but I'd love to see some ranges expanded.) The staff are friendly and helpful.

I love coming here - it's my sanctuary amungst the hussle and bussle of Taupo. They have incredibly helpful and friendly staff and you can use the computers if you need to for allotted time slots which is really helpful. There are recommendations of books which is helpful and a reference range of Maori culture and history etc books too. Sometimes they have sales on of the books to purchase and today they actually had free books which is really great especially for children. I love this library.

Amazing wonderful library, full of excellent service and so many books. They even have wifi rooms where you can charge your laptop while you work. We enjoyed our visit very much, and would definitely come back :)
