My daughter took my phone to PhoneZone to replace a screen protector and pick up her phone which required a back screen replacement. They did a great job on her phone however they botched mine up. They used the wrong size protector so it didn't cover properly and the screen was covered in bubbles. If they didn't have the right size for the S21 Ultra, they should of said so and I would of gone elsewhere.

Got my screen fixed and then after about a month it cracked when it was never dropped and made the screen practically useless

Utterly incompetent.He ordered wrong screen. When finally got it put in, phone didn't work, he had taped it too tight. That night tried to do video call, front camera not working. Took it back was told it was my fault, even though front camera working before new screen put in, after tense discussion he said he would put a new camera in and not charge me. 3 weeks later I have still not heard from him. Incompetent and dishonest.Would not recommend using this business

Bad customer service, I brought my phone in to get my screen fixed. I then got it back and then a couple of days later I realised that the screen wasn’t sitting properly on the phone so I pushed it a little bit so that it would fit back in but then it broke. I then went back to the shop for a refund and they told me that all I would get was a discount.

i asked for a quote to replace my iPhone 11 max pro screen - without asking any questions the lady immediately quoted me $649.00.i went onto the website whilst on the phone, and it came up with the price $300.00? i questioned this and then she said that includes the LCD screen and i said well the LCD is fine. she said it was $349 without the LCD ?!?! even though the website said $300.00 - just be careful they might want to over charge you!
