Great Cinemas not as busy as Sylvia and better upgrade then Manukau easy parking.. Comfy recliner chairs

Such an incredible experience. Large variety of food and snacks for your movie and such great, comfortable seats.

Cinemas itself - really good. Recliners - amazing.Toilets - absolutely disgusting. We went at 10pm and it looked like it had not been cleaned since the day before. Also the entry area is very sticky, probably because of the design of the drinks area which allows easy spill on the floor. The drinks area was filthy too.

All seats are recliners. Very spacious Cinema. Friendly staff, has a bar so one can pitch up early and have a drink. Food court below the Cinema, so choice of meal before or after a movie.

Good customer service from the two guys holding the fort. Cinema 1- Xtreme Screen that we were in was nice and clean.Toilet facilities were also really clean, which is a bonus.

I took my two daughters to Hoyts at Ormiston to see the new Indiana Jones movie on Saturday afternoon. Wow! Movie theatres have certainly come a long long way. The theatre we were in which Hoyts call Extreme Screen, was just magic. Super comfortable seats, wide aisles so easy to get in and out without bothering other patrons, and the visual and audio experience was fantastic! We were regular movie goers before Covid but this was our first trip back. Providing there are good movies coming out, Hoyts at Ormiston will be a regular treat for us. Excellent theatre.

The cinemas it's self is ok, staff friendly enough. Pizza,s not too bad. However tonight we came for the 7.10pm Mission Impossible movie.. the whole way thru the movie alls we could hear was kids chatting, giggling. We were on the back row and they were on the front row. As we left we seen 1 of the kids she was no older than 3-4yrs old. I spoke to the manager who said it's a general movie which I thought M stood for Mature.. she said we should of come out and found her and she would of dealt with it. Why should we have to do that and miss more of the movie than we was already disrupted with.This movie had guns,knives etc in why are kids even in these movies. When my kids were little if we didn't have a babysitter we didn't go. The movies isn't a cheap outing.

Have always loved this place. We enjoyed our family movie night.

These cinemas are never too busy which is always really nice. I had a situation where I mistakenly booked tickets online via the Hoyts website for the wrong day, I tried my luck calling the cinemas to see if they would swap around for the correct day and they were totally fine about it, just mentioned to come in on that day and speak to the manager about it and they’ll sort it out. We came through and met the manager who was super lovely and ensured that we had the correct physical tickets to get through - staff are approachable and helpful and the cinemas are clean and tidy.
