The staff here are so rude and unprofessional. Gave me a quote for a plan and didn’t honour it, the next day when I went to purchase it. Time wasters and A very toxic experience. Recommend going somewhere else

Worst customer experience. Their mobile app isn't accessible most of the time and doesn't allow you to make changes. Their online portal for customers is difficult to navigate and often doesn't work. All of their stores are independently managed and differ your issue on to multiple departments before anyone takes ownership of the issue you're experiencing.

The lady that served me encountered a very rude and agressive customer before me but still kept her chin up and delivered lovely service. It seems they get alot of entitled people from a certain generation coming in who need to realize that the people serving them are going beyond their job description by teaching them how to use their phones4
