Sewing Machine Repairs Auckland

The guy here is rude and obnoxious, wouldn’t listen to me on the phone, shouted at me, talked over me, interrupted me, and he has had my machine over 6 weeks. Janome’s courier broke it during transit to him, and he is now refusing to listen to a conversation about who is responsible for the breakage. He is not going to fix it unless I pay for Janomes breakage! Don’t waste your time with this guy he is a total A.Hat. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely, and I’ve never been cut off so abruptly when trying to help resolve a problem. The lady there was a bit nicer but gave me all these excuses that “he’s had a problem with Janome” well not my problem! The fact my machine has been sat there for 6 weeks without you making any effort to resolve it it absolutely disgusting.

My sewing machine was due for its first service. We live out of Auckland so it was a real pleasure to find Narash could complete the service quickly so I could take my machine home with me! The same great friendly and knowledgeable service that we have enjoyed over many years.

Naresh was very friendly and approachable. Knew exactly what was wrong with my machine and fixed it within the time frame promised at the price promised. Would happily use his services again.

We gave our flats sewing machine here earlier this year to be fixed. Came off worse than before while he said he fixed it. he seemed pleasant to deal with at first, but really just made our machine worse..Avoid this place...go to a more professional repair service who stand by their work

The owner was available when I called, and he told me I was welcome to come by straightaway. It took him 2 minutes to diagnose the problem on my old machine, and he was honest enough to tell me that the cost for repair would exceed the value of it -- No Charge. I've got a new machine now, and when I need service or repair, this is where I'll get it done. Thanks for the great service.

I would thoroughly recommend! Narash is a lovely man to deal with and he always gets my machines back to me very quickly. I've got a Bernina that I purchased about 40 years ago, when I got it back from being serviced it purred!

Paid a deposit to fix two old sewing machines but when I got home and told my daughter she told me off. Daughter suggested getting rid of them both and buying a new sewing machine. I asked for a refund and Narish was most accommodating. He was happy to cancel the job and return my deposit.
