Parallel Imported

I ordered a phone from this company over 3 weeks ago. I knew it could take awhile to be delivered as it said up to 14 days. After the 14 days I called to find out how long then phone will take to be delivered. To my disappointment they couldn't tell me when my phone will be arriving, They did have the same brand phone arriving on Monday just a different colour. I was in desperate need of a phone as I didn't haven't one. So I took one I didn't really want. I'd prefer the one I ordered but I don't know how long that will take to arrive.

Pretty shockingly bad service. Retail NZ wonders why people don''t shop locally and buy overseas. (Mightyape is owned by an Australian company Kogan)I give this store a No Refund/5 starsEDIT*In reply to the response:It would be best practice to check up on backorders over the 14 day allocated time frame as well as processing refunds same or next day as requested. Once these have been processed, send a notification that the team has actually done this.>If an item has been ordered for supply on special order please list this on the product page so consumers may review and accept the terms such as abnormal wait time or if applicable non refund status.

Called in today because my phone wasn't working and Tom was amazing!!?Got it back up and running in no time.Highly recommend their services.

Absolute worse company I have ever delt with. a 7 day shipping is turning in to a month long ordeal, every time I have contacted since day 7 I have been told my item is due into the shop a couple days later, 3 weeks on and still the same story ( just a couple more day) I understand shipping delays at the current stage with the state of the roads but these muppets are selling goods that they don’t even know where they are in the world, I purchased a big order off mighty ape on Friday evening and it was sitting at my house Monday morning and I live 4 hours from Auckland! Looking for the best deal for steam deck and found one on their site and told me stock arrive today and quickly order one and package arrive the next day. From tauranga. Highly recommended 1st class service

Time wasters. Ordered a phone was no sign of it being on back order or anything on there website, I then receive an email a couple days later saying it was on order" and it would take "7-13 days" so I wait... 1 week later I get an email saying they don't have it in stock

Ordered a phone online for click and collect. Advised 7 - 12 working days, was advised it'd be around the 9 day mark. Turns out it was going take around 15. I needed it sooner so I cancelled. Only reason I am giving high rating is for the kind and prompt service from Leah! Very helpful.
