Lovely setting, facility is beautifully furnished and comfy. Rooms are well appointed and well supplied. Hosts are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Beautiful location, immaculate room and the most amazing hosts. Bernie was super friendly and helpful. He even helped us get a booking at a lovely restaurant that was very busy. The perfect host! Great facilities too. They provided us with everything we needed. Everything about this place is just wonderful. Such a serene and charming environment. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! I have never felt this comfortable at an accommodation before. It was the perfect getaway for us.

Had a fantastic stay, the hosts are so lovely and went out of their way to help us out at short notice and even drove us into town for an event. The room was warm and comfortable. Can't wait to stay here again and hang out with the alpacas and Ricky Martin.

Outstanding accommodation and friendliness of host . The rooms were so comfortable with everything you need, the grounds are beautiful and the hot tub after our 4 day bike ride was fantastic! Thanks so much .

We absolutely loved our stay at the lodge. Heather and Peter were amazing hosts and we felt so welcome. The rooms were warm and cosy. The breakfast was delicious and nothing was too big of an ask. The garden area is beautiful and the hot tub was such a treat! Highly recommend a stay at Ruapehu Country Lodge.

Hi end b&b really beautiful place.Hosts are very helpful and nice . Breakfasts are scrumptious. One can understand why Peter Jackson had used this house as lodging when filming lord of the rings.That was before it became a b&b.
