Dropped my laptop 25th Jan 2023 while working on it, I use this laptop everyday for work.I get it assessed by these clowns after battling with insurance company for two weeks to get assessed by their preferred repairer" to have a report back that the laptop has not been used since August 2022! - ? Really ?No wonder why people don't trust insurance companies

A really really great place to get apple products serviced and fixed. I went there a week ago not expecting much as a previous apple servicer I had used was absolutely terrible. The whole team at connect NZ is so amazing! In one week they recommended options, ordered parts, and fixed my laptop. I genuinely think this is the best electronic servicing company I’ve ever tried.

FANTASTIC service from the team at the Hamilton office. I took my MacBook Pro in and they diagnosed it on the spot. Keyboard faulty. Rung next day, fixed and ready to go!!! As it was still under Apple warranty I only had two options in Hamilton... the other quoted me 2-3 weeks. Huge thanks 10/10!
