The two old ladys here are rude and not helpful at all when we asked for help with sending a package for the first time. would not recommend this post office to any of my family or friends.

I used this NZ post shop to send a parcel today. All the staff were friendly. The lady with the white hair was very helpful and made sure I had everything sorted. I feel like I have to give a review as the average review score for this branch does not reflect how good it actually is.

Very helpful staff, although they have downsized the shop to the KiwiBank, and downsized the working hours as well. you can find there all your posting and shipping needs

The worst post office in NZ.. they need to change the staff or hire new one as they are rude staff members or close the shop for good

Family members parcel wasn't left at their door or able to be redelivered for some reason. This pamphlet was left showing Saturday hours 9am-12pm. Made time to go pick it up, turns out they aren't even on Saturdays... Update your pamphlets then? Incredibly unprofessional. In the 20minutes I was there I saw two other people show up as well.
