A review of Hermpel products:Antifouling paint is very good. Other boat paints are a different story. I am painting a red stripe around the top of the hull of my 29ft yacht. Have tried using 2-pot primer and finishing coat in a variety of weather conditions cool to warm, cloudy to sunny. In all cases, the product just smears and dries on the sanded and cleaned gelcoat, and over itself. If you are dreaming of a nice glossy finish from brushing, or rolling and tipping, forget it. The stuff is useless applied in this manner. The word paint" is mentioned on the tin
