Fantastic experience. A great job done by your installers, they were really efficient, polite and professional - we've had two jobs done by Carpet Court now and although a few years apart both were great experiences!Keep it up!

Awesome company, highly recommend- they helped move furniture when it wasn't part of their contract, everyone we dealt with was very professional and respectful of our home. Ross and Jordan were great carpet layers - this isn't the first time we have had new carpet but they definitely stood out as the best company we have dealt with for carpet in Christchurch.

Got company to quote on carpet etc. When it came to lay it, first fella didnt have the underlay for the insurance work , so said he would come back next week and do the whole house over 2 days. On Wednesday, I got a call from carpet court, fella has injured his back, no go. Reorganised for Friday, which by this stage we have been living in a house with furniture in all sorts of strange places for 2 weeks. Today, they turn up when I wasnt home but they called me & I said go in and start the rooms.Home 20 minutes later and no one there. Called the layers and no answer. call carpet court who said that due to some furniture being in one room, they werent prepared to do it. REALLY, ...Carpet Court... even though they are independent contractors, they should be told to do the bloody laying.

If you want all your hard work butchered by rough tradies, and your complaints ignored, then definitely use these guys.

Went here the staff were absolutely awsome, but before, we had gone to another company service was terrible we found the same product but was $30 more a sq mtr, but because of the service we decided to carry on. Week later guy came measured up. 3 weeks later hadn't heard anything. Have contacted them they were aplogetic blah blah no deal offered to smooth the way. Very very disappointed & won't recommend them. Will go somewhere else now.

The Staff have always been amazing to work with. Donna is my usual flooring consultant, with me being an Interior Designer she has always helped me chose the perfect carpet and keep within my budgets. I highly recommend Blenheim Rd team.

Amazing service with half of carpets exclusive so you would never see them anywhere else. Purple green blue pink heaps of colors.
