I have received boxes from Oh Goodie on various special occasions and every time I am thrilled at the thought and quality behind every item in the box and how well it is all presented!

The Oh-Goodie team are great to deal with, amazing customer service that goes above and beyond even in difficult times with lockdowns. The baskets we ordered for a team celebration were beautiful (and yum) and very well received as you can see. Highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately the box that was ordered for me did not arrive on my 50th birthday. Unbeknownst to me, the person sending the gift was upset that the box hadn’t arrived on time and complained…the following week, a box did arrive. Then a further week later, ANOTHER box arrived…. I was absolutely delighted and gifted the box to a friend’s mum who is undergoing surgery for breast cancer. What WOULD have resulted in a five star rating turned sour when almost a month after my birthday, the owner of Oh Goodie called me, and demanded the extra box back. What a pickle I found myself in!!! I felt guilty for having ongifted the box. The owner definitely made me feel ashamed. It ruined what was a truly lovely gift from the best friend a girl could ask for. When I suggested all we could do was learn from the experience and move on the owner said and I quote “No. I don’t have anything to learn”. Not great.

Delivered on time. I went for the wine, chocolate and flowers. But for $85 was disappointed to see the presentation was not up to scratch like on the website. I was expecting real roses not one single dried flower.I am editing my post after receiving a very lovely call from Oh Goodie, I thought that was very sweet and showed good customer service.
