The guys that came to our property will polite and friendly and nothing was an issue especially as it was an after hours Saturday morning call out. They worked efficiently and had us up and running again in no time.

They moved one heat pump and installed a new one. I was very impressed with their service. Quote was done quickly and was very competitive. Job booked quickly and finished when promised. Quality of install was really good and the guys took a lot of care. Great company to deal with!

Christchurch Electrical installed Solar Generation on my house. They were easy to deal with to get a quote for the work, and throughout the entire installation process from the planning to the actual installation work, provided regular updates as to where the job was up to. The installation work was carried out over two days and the team was punctual, hard working and tidied up after themselves, even taking the packaging that came with the parts to be installed away with them. If you are looking at putting Solar Generation onto your property and want a competent professional team working for you, I highly recommend Harrison Proctor and Christchurch Electrical .

Christchurch Electrical installed a 5kW solar system for us. Harri Proctor (Solar Manager) provided clear communication the whole way through, and the team’s work was carried out in a professional, no hassle fashion. Happy to recommend.

I wish I could give a lesser rating. After loosing complete power to my home at 4am Sunday morning for the second time I rang the power company who came out and informed me that the problem needed an electrician. So I rang Christchurch Electrical after hours, their electrician came did some tests and said I have a fault in my main power cable coming into my house he said he would be unable to fix it as it was a two man job and he could not get the materials needed, told to ring the office on Monday to see if the job could be done, but was also informed that they are so busy that I should start to ring around to see if I could get anyone else . Rang this morning and was told sorry could not do the job as they are fully booked, tried to explain that I have no power what so ever and I thought that this would be classed as a priority again no sorry ,fully booked.Rang Aotea electrical company explain my situation they said they are very busy to but classed me as a priority one their electrician came within hour. The problem was not a two man job nor did I need a new main power cable just a replacement of the power box into my house ( tried to tell the electrician who came out Sunday morning that the linesman from the power company said that was were the fault was did not bother to check)

These are the people to go to in Christchurch for all your electrical needs. We had a fairly complicated job involving difficult access and some niggly details, but everything from the initial visit and quote, to the planning and execution could not have been done more professionally. We are very pleased with the work and the honest advice that was given throughout. Every phone call or email was answered promptly, professionally and with all questions answered.
