worst customer service I have ever experienced, brought a charger late last year, wasn't impressed with Johns" customer service then or the fact he took my orginial charger without consulting me and didn't return it

I have dealt with Oliffs for many years and find prices very competitive. Well done

Do not shop here, and do Not take your computer to them! They will take out anything that's good and replace them with the cheapest products possible. They took my brand new $450 power supply and replaced it with a $59 product. And never applied any cpu paste after I had supplied two tubes of the best I could find. And I was told it would be finished in twenty minutes so I drove down there and waited four hours because they kept telling me 20 minutes! What a joke these guys are!

I have been dealing with Oliffs for 30 years now. the reason that I go back threr is that I can always pick up the phone and get someone who knows what that are talking about to speak to without any mucking around. There is always immediate help.

I went there because I wanted to buy a graphics card for my pc. They offered me 400$ for a gtx 550ti!!!!!!!!!!!! Usually priced around 100. When asked again if he had the price right he got mad and said: are you here to purchase something or not?" So I exclaimed that I was and that I was just confused about the pricing on an item. He got very angry and in the end I left the store. THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND BAD SERVICE. DO NOT SHOP HERE."

I have just had my Laptop screen replaced by Oliffs.They checked out my Acer quoted me a price and then replaced the screen all within 24 hours. Thank you Oliffs Well Done. Special thanks to Ankit.

I had a difficult problem with my computer and was not able to get it fixed even though I had tried two service places. I then heard about Oliffs Computer and took it to them. The staff were certainly very clued up and they fixed my computer with in the same day. The price was $89 which I thought was very reasonable as I had been charged that much without a result from my previous attempts. Thank you Oliffs I will back.

Had a broken network adapter, I was initially informed that I would not be charged because it could not be fixed, but ended up getting g charged $80 because they opened the computer up to have a look at it.Only did basic diagnostic tests.Lovely customer service though

I built my own computer for the first time ever and wanted someone to put the cpu in for me and to check the wiring to make sure it was all correct, this is where it starts! I took it in at launch time and was told to pick it up at 4pm that afternoon, so I went down and was told it would be another 20minutes so I waited. That went on untill 6pm, I was excitted to get my brand new computer back home otherwise I wouldn't have waited around for so long, I asked him to tell me a honest time, replied 7pm so I went home untill then. Went back at 7pm and waited another 20 minutes, I had my computer now, and it's been all checked out by professionals so I couldn't wait!So two days had passed and I installed a software program from the dvd that came with the motherboard I had installed, it was then that I noticed the temperature of the cpu was critical and a alarm was ranking, I tunnel it off and googled what it was suppose to be and it was well below what mine was. Thats when I took the side cover from my computer desktop computer" off and straight away noticed the different power supply

Terrible customer service, rude and when asked they don't explain the problem in a way that someone who doesn't understand electronics can comprehend. Won't be going back.
