I experienced one of CustomWalks Dolomites hiking trips in July 2021, and I can tell you it was one of the top notch travel experiences you may ever have. Our guide, Dennis, was extremely knowledgeable, safe, and someone I would call a true friend by the end of the trip. Dennis took care of everything, has a deep relationship with all of the places you are staying, so fear not. If you are looking for the adventure of a lifetime - look no further than CustomWalks!

Hiked on the south island of New Zealand. Absolutely stunning. Best food, guides and trip ever.Each part of the trip was unique and beautiful. We had a few schedule changes, but the changes were all wonderful.This trip had it all: tropical forests with unique tree ferns, fine dining, the alps, rustic lodges on sheep stations with locally grown lamb for dinner. We hiked in some of the most remote areas of the South Island. We also got to visit Christchurch and see the recovery since the 2017 earthquake.I can't say enough good things about our guides and dinner hosts. This was my second Customwalks hike and I can't wait for the next one!

My wife and I were part of a small group hiking the Italian Dolomites guided by Brett at Customwalks. It was a terrific experience. The country was amazing, and Brett did a fantastic job guiding us through the mountains and finding us great places for dinner in the evening. We will be booking another trip with Customwalks in the near future. 5 Stars!!

Do you want a creative, enjoyable way to “socially distance” during a pandemic? I highly recommend CustomWalk and the Meteora/Zagori program! Greece is well-organized regarding COVID, our hikes took us to incredibly beautiful areas normally not seen by typical tourists, with few others on the trails, in the inns, or at the dining places. The accomodations were straight out of Travel & Leisure for charm and comfort, the meals farm-to-table and delicious, creative, and I never looked at a menu! Our guide’s knowledge of the area, the trails, the people and the culture was encyclopedic, and paid off with great hospitality at our accomodations and meals! If I had an unlimited budget and time to plan, I could not have created this on my own. The experience was truly unique. This was my 4th CustomWalks, the first in Greece, and won’t be my last!

Did the Italian Dolomites hike in September 2019 with Customwalks. The guides were amazing. In depth knowledge of locales and hiking trails, and they fostered group support and spirit. Brett and Emanuela were so much fun, it was obvious they love being guides.

Two Vespa tours with them, one in Puglia in 2018 and one in 2022 in Tuscany. Fantastic. Route interesting and well thought out, great equipment, fantastic hotels and restaurants. Can’t say enough good about the guides. Planning our next trip with them now!
