A colleague recommended Lloyd and Alphapest to me at least a decade ago. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Lloyd is a superb professional who is extraordinarily reliable and competent along with being a really nice person. He has been to our home to deal with cockroaches, cluster flies, mice and rats. He exterminated them all in a timely and safe fashion. Just the best.

We've been with Lloyd for a few years since our place experienced mice invasion. We've never seen the nasty pest in our place since then. He's very reliable and professional and easy to get hold of. Highly recommended to everyone.

Lloyd was really helpful, and quick to answer my call and questions about the noise in my ceiling. He booked in to see me the same week, gave me a really good price and on the day he was able to sort out some wasps for me too. He explained what he was doing, what to expect and answered all my questions while he worked. Really easy, quick, and job well done. Would recommend!

Lloyd did a great job! Excellent service, promote response & helpful Knowledgable about what he does. The house was instantly rid of the posts which is really hard. No harsh chemical smells and definitely would recommend again to anyone!Awesome stuff guys!

Great service from Lloyd, he got in touch with us on the day of we enquiry about wasp nest extermination, asked for some information in regards of the activities of the wasp, arranged a date with us, showed up on time, carried out the job and was very professional. Highly recommended.

They were great. He managed to fit me in that day after some rats chewed my dishwasher waste pipe and caused a leak. He was knowledgable and very friendly. We will be using Alphapest again.

In January 2023 we contacted Alphapest about a wasp situation underneath our home.Lloyd's service to exterminate the wasps was professional, quick and reasonably priced. He was readily available to sort it out with short notice and also charged a much better rate than others I enquired.We were very happy with his service and would highly recommend him.
