100% DO NOT USE .My ex partner used these guys alot and i have noticed more than my fair share of dodgy stuff.The list includes failing a vehicle for a engine mount inspected it myself fine sent it to vtnz and the AA both came back perfect . Speedy autos also left the engine mount cover on the belts.Failing a vehicle for a rubber mount torn" also passed by AA and vtnz .And today failed the vehicle for brakes checked them over with my vernir caliper inspected the rotor assembly everything was well within spec 0.2mm edge on the rotor on the worst corner not listed on sheet ...Went back up and confronted them about ripping people off for parts and repairs that are not and never were necessary .Mysteriously the brakes were completely passable this time hmmm funny that considering they were never changed .If you are a lady please do not take youre vehicle to these scam artists as they will make you pay for things that you never needed .I have passed on this information to the mta.IF you have used these people and have failed i urge you to take it somewhere trusted with a mta sticker such as VTNZ or the AA provide them with the failed warrant sheet and get it retested ."

I am not the kind of person to ever make a complaint especially not to a local business but I am appalled by the experience I received here. I went there to get a tire repair and he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't repair it because there was no point as my tire was bad-he then proceeded to tell me both back tires would need to be replaced as they were cracked and really bad. Knowing nothing about cars I agreed to this and said I would be back in the morning, but called for some advice and advice mentioned the tires were not that old and that they thought someone was taking advantage. I politely called back and said I would like to cancel based on the price ($800 for two tires-although expensive type) and because there was no need for it. He was rather rude and told me he could not cancel the courier but then said how about we get cheaper tires so you can afford? He then said if I paid for the courier that he would cancel it, so I went back to pick up my tire and he charged me a fee of $60 for the courier. I then went down to another trustworthy place 1. who told me the courier fee would be $10 and I was ripped off there. 2. Told me I had 70% more tread on my tires! 3. Repaired said tyre for $43. Do not recommend if you are someone that isn't good with cars and is not sure how ti stand your ground.
