We went to BelloCasa to source items for our new bathroom. Michael was superb - he's wonderfully easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the products he sells + putting them all together. Our bathroom is a dream to use. Thanks Michael!

I have been into Bello Casa many times and found the staff very helpful.Their product knowledge and showroom samples means that consultations are very quick and easy.I see a few of the the other reviews have criticised the attitude of the owner. This has NOT been my experience! We unfortunately have got very used to ( particularly Asian owned businesses) employing staff at low salary rates, that have poor product knowledge and service. I have found Michael a breath of fresh air. Being a highly trained person with extensive knowledge of the building industry, the products that he is promoting and an overwhelming enthusiasm for the making sure the customer gets the best for their dollar.A true top shelf business that I enjoy visiting and would urge anyone interested in Italian design to call in and see their beautiful showroom.

Micheal helped me crate the bathroom of my dreams. His showroom was truly an inspiration with outstanding beautiful products. Nothing I’ve ever thought I could imagine to find in Wellington.He understood what I wanted and respect my budget. He was able to utilise the Space and give me more than what I could have wished For.Michael is a wealth of information when it comes to bathrooms and flooring. He was even able to communicate with my builder to make sure all the finishing touches where prefect.I highly recommend Micheal and his team truly worth the experience . Michael is very friendly, helpful, and passionate about all elements of interior design. We very much appreciated his advice and time to help us decide our tile choices and layout. The product is high quality and we're very happy with the result. Highly recommend a visit!

A real asset to Wellington! When looking to re-do our 2 x bathrooms in a high quality product it was looking like we'd have to head to Auckland to get access to suitable product and assistance (and this was recommended by 2 bathroom fitting suppliers). However we found Michael at Bello Casa and life instantly became easier!We worked with Michael to source tiles, (stunning!) tapware, basins, towel rails and fittings and have outstandingly beautiful bathrooms!We have since worked together to install windows treatments and a wardrobe - all of which are stunning and pieces to be proud of.Our journey with Bello Casa has been effortless and far surpassed our expectations. Most importantly it has been fun. We will definitely work with Michael and Janet again.

Recently ordered flooring which came in from Italy. Product sample we took home was different to what was delivered. We were not informed that there were different lengths and thicknesses. Had to spend a lot of time on the install because of this - so cost more. Second, their communication was rubbish. Delivery was delayed on several occasions, but it was only when we inquired that we found out about a delay. Had to often reschedule installer. Took around 6 months to arrive. Would never use them again for any product. Strongly suggest no one else does either. Had to give one star so this could be posted. Would have given none if possible

I was skeptical in the beginning because I heard of Spaziocasa's issues; I am from Italy myself and it was so hard to find a nice store to handle my renovation, nothing compared of what we have in Europe! I then decided to try going there but when I arrived I've seen the place entirely renovated and under new management and new name!I just saw the below bad review and felt like sharing my modest experience. Both Michael and Janet were very helpful and they have some of the most beautiful products in the market and the tiles...OMG the tiles are stunning and cheap!!!I am very happy with the final outcome and I am surprised somebody is reviewing another business impacting the good job of 2 new operators...it's like writing a bad a review to Pizza Hut for a bad service received at Hell Pizza!Highly Raccomanded 5/5 to me!

Michael and Janet are amazing. Their tiles are beautiful and fantastic quality. I bought all my tiles for our recent renovation from Bello Casa and Michael's advice was so helpful. They also helped me with the design of the downstairs bathroom making it into a feature with a black toilet, sink and tiles, we love it!
