Training for Ultra Marathons means you're gonna get sore, stiff and injured. When 3 weeks ago I wasn't able to run at all. Thanks to Jay at Well and Good, she was able to loosen me up and help me recover faster so I could run my 100k event last week. Highly recommended.

I had a sciatica injury after the first lockdown. Was very much in pain and happen to come across this clinic. The place is very clean and tidy. Jay is great healer and very knowledgeable.
