Absolutely Brilliant! From the first point of contact to the conclusion of the sale, James was 100% professional in all aspects. We were kept informed of numbers from the open home, had weekly meetings where we were advised of numbers of hits on the website etc and even throughout the entire process James never lost faith in us getting the agreed amount even with the continual doom and gloom in the media surrounding mortgage rates. If we were ever going to be in the market to sell or buy in Christchurch we would without doubt utilise the immense skills that James has to offer. You know he cares! James was an absolute pleasure to work with during the purchase of my first home! Given that this was a very new and dauting experience for me, James was incredibly supportive, genuine, and committed to the task. He took me to multiple private open homes, and worked day and night to ensure I was happy (this included working his schedule to accommodate a 14 hour time difference, so that I could facetime my parents from overseas to view a home!) His communications with me throughout the process were very prompt, and he was always able to help out where and when needed, answering my many queries and concerns with transparency.
