Love this place. Its an electrical wholesaler that charges the lower prices that the larger electrical wholesalers only give to the larger account holders

I received excellent customer service at the Penrose branch when I came in to buy a replacement ceiling light. First they tried to find the spare parts for me but I ended up needing a new light altogether due to it being an older model. I mentioned to the sales person that I would need an electrician but both him and the manager said that wasn't necessary. Then the manager took the time to show me exactly how to replace the light myself and how to connect the wires. I then successfully did this myself as soon as I got home.Not only did they save me atleast $100 in electrical fees but I was so impressed with the level of service provided. What another person would have seen as not their problem"
