Had a great first experience at Games Workshop in Lower Hutt. Luke was awesome and patient with all my questions as I navigated my back back into the hobby. Will be back to learn more about the game and the painting tutorials.

Games Workshop products are expensive and that is just the reality. While very small this is one of the best stores I have visited as the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I am not a big war-gamer but I like to paint miniatures every now and then and they are quite happy to dig through old boxes to show you what models look like before making a purchase.

Love the place. I visit weekly and just pop in for a chat. Luke (the manager) is very helpful and always fun to talk to. Far better than the Wellington one in my view, and worth the trip.It was actually where I went to get my first Warhammer stuff, when I started out and the store is half the reason I keep playing. I did my first Nightvault league and everyone was friendly and well mannered.Would definitely recommend.
