Johnny, Patricia and their team are great people. They are friendly, helpful and also very professional. I'm a customer of them for more than ten years and they never disappointed me. They made two beautiful pendants and one ring for me. During the design process they were listening and always open to any suggestions from my side. Johnny put a lot of effort in to find the right stone and diamonds for me. Thank you

A great team, heartily recommended. We used Diamonds Direct for some jewellery design; they listened to the brief, added suggestions of their own and worked with us to produce the pieces we wanted. All with a smile, friendly chat and professional service. A quick turnaround, too! On time, on budget, and with a friendly, can-do attitude - what's not to like?

What an absolute pleasure it was to work with Johnny and his team on the design and execution of my beautiful new diamond ring.Nothing was too much trouble in getting the design exactly as I wanted it and I am delighted with the outcome.Personal service and quality of workmanship was outstanding, I would thoroughly recommend Diamonds Direct and would not hesitate to use them again.

I can not thank the team enough at Diamonds Direct. I had a number of items that needed repairing and have not been able to bring myself to trust anyone with them until now. Diamonds Direct was recommended to me by a friend who was heard nothing but great things about them. I now totally understand why. They have been nothing but professional in our discussion about the repairs etc that needed doing, making sure I understood exactly what was to be done and how much it would cost. They also informed me of the need to have a couple of the items valued for insurance purposes. I had no idea of the value of them. The workmanship is amazing. Thank you Diamonds Direct you are awesome.
