Amazing team and amazing service for our weekend girls trip away. We arrived to a lovely welcome, check in was a breeze and the person who served us was very friendly. After getting our bikes we were given a run down of how to use our e-bikes. We had an amazing run down of the Old Coach Trail and where to stop and check out some amazing views, we hopped on the shuttle and we were on our way. We came back to amazing service along with recommendations of dinner places, a brief chat with some members of the team. Totally recommend 100+ stars

Had the best experience ever with these people. Hadn't been on a bike for 28 years - but enjoyed every minute of it (after the first 5 getting my confidence!) and on e bike Old Coach Rd is definitely a must. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Canadian James was fantastic. My wife and I did the old coach road with James in E-Bikes. The tour was relaxed and very casual. No rushing from one site to another. The history and scenery is amazing. Take your time and if you take a packed lunch or snack there are some fantastic places to just chill out and take in the scenery.The bikes were very clean and well maintained, all the staff at the store were friendly and helpful. This operation is well run and we will definitely come back again. Thank you team.

Amazing team at TCB. Made to feel at home immediately, and everyone was super helpful. Ben the legend spent two hours with me talking through boot and board options, recommending a style of boot for my foot shape, and moulding custom high-tech soles for me (Ben and the team are literally world-leading custom boot fitters). The boots feel amazing, and I spent less than if I had tried to order something generic online. Really enjoyable time chatting with Ben, I learnt a lot.

Great staff. Nathan was the man with boot fitting. Great deal of knowledge and spent a lot of time to make sure I was happy and understood how things worked. Not 100% what I was after but you often don't have a lot of choice when you a giant hoof. Looked to be a well stocked store with some dope products... Too easy to spend your dosh!

Do the E-Bikes. Even if you just do one way there is a few climbs, nothing difficult but you will enjoy the experience even more. I managed to smash out 3 hours and drained the tank, amazing track. Cheers guys

We rented bikes to ride the old coach road and it was amazing! This team at TCB is outstanding. So friendly and lots of info about the road. The bikes were in top shape as well.
