Amazing! Lauren specifically was extremely helpful with locating a coffee table I was after that no other store in the country had. She was easy to deal with, called me back to say the table wasn't going to come in its original box, but still managed to wrap it up so that it arrived in Auckland the next morning without a scratch - she was fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Went in there last weekend and again today to return an item. The woman that works there is quite rude. The first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day but to get an attitude again I was surprised. I’ll be making an official complaint to the owner of Nood.

Fantastic service, had a small section of my couch that came apart at the stitching and they sent someone round and it was fixed within the week, very professional job too, Robyn was a joy to deal with, highly recommend!
