I live in Tauranga and I have went here for an wheel alignment at the end of 2021 and it was very good, have solved the abnormal wearing problem of my tires. This year I have changed to a larger MT tyre, so I went here again for another wheel alignment, but after this wheel alignment, the front right wheel begin to rub onto the steel beam of the car every time when I drive around a roundabout (or whenever I make a big right turn), it was not rubbing at all before the wheel alignment. When I call them back later to talk about this issue, they said that this is the best way to reduce the tyre wear, but now with the right front wheel rubbing on the car, it produces a loud noise and makes the car shakes every time when I make a big right turn, and it feels very dangerous. I drove all the way from Tauranga (more than 100km there and back) to do the wheel alignment with them because I had a very nice experience during the frist time, so I trusted them, but now I am very disappointed with the result of this wheel alignment.

This place is the best. I visited today thinking I needed a new tyre but instead of selling me one they just repaired it!! Saved me $$ friendly service and really fast.Extremely happy customer thank you!!!!

Fantastic service in my hour of need. Went the extra mile to explain the specifics of the tyre I needed and why.Was recommended by a tow truck operator in Hamilton when I was stuck on the expressway and was spot on. Getting a new tyre then wasn't possible so was a priority this morning. Done on the spot during a very busy morning. The lady in the office was also very knowledgeable and helpful. My go to tyre place for the future.
