NZ Sailing

Here is a very good shop for water sport with good price and nice service full of passion and patience. Thanks for Mike on many prompt feedback for my noisy questions over 15 e-mails about windsurfing board spec., stocks, kinds of freight, coming shipment for new board, warranty, kind notice on shipping and invoice......etc..I already got my new board with good packing from custom of Taiwan. I will place the 2nd order and recommend NZ sailing to my friends soon.

Best shop in NZ for buying sailing or any watersports gear.... Windsurfing, foiling, dinghies... They have literally everything at the most competitive prices. Always helpful as well with great advice and good communication.

Rented a windsurfer and wetsuit for a day and a half for $160, which is a decent price compared with other Auckland rentals. Mike went out of his way to select the right gear for me, I was even allowed to take two sails and fitting masts in case the wind changed! Later, when I was at the beach and found a bolt to be too long, he drove by and swapped it for me. Top man. Can't ask for any better customer service.

Great service and prices. Offered good advice on wing foiling equipment and I'm stoked with the axis equipment purchased.

We have shopped at NZ Sailing lots over the last couple of years and have always had amazing service. Highly recommend these guys for all of your needs.

I fully recommend NZ Sailing. Daniel and Mike went out of their way to assist me in finding the right equipment and at a price I could afford. They even consulted with the foil designer to ensure I had the right foil to meet my requirements. I extremely happy with my set up and have the added reassurance of knowing I have support should anything go wrong.

Best place ever! I Desperately needed a product and they came in after hours to sort me out! Every time I've been here they've been super easy to deal with and also give a good price! Can not fault them and couldnt recommend them enough!

I can't recommend ordering from this place from abroad, it first took 2 weeks to get my first e-mail answered (I was already at my 3rd e-mail requesting an update).I was thus told that my goods were in backorder. Then when they arrived 1 week later at the shop, they couldn't actually ship the board and foil because of region representation and an error on their side, and they simply decided without consulting me to just ship and bill the fin and cancel the board!!! What I was supposed to do with just a fin in their mind is still beyond me.Essentially they partially canceled my order and refunded what they pleased or wanted and were always very slow (2-3 days) to respond to any questions although I always tried to contact them during their business hours.Only reason I put 2 stars is that they directed me to the company which manufactured the board which solved it in a blink.REPLY to owner: Please mention what is not true if anything, I have the whole chain of e-mails and dates so I can refer to it, so I will correct anything you ask if you are specific about any point in particular.And yes I got everything I order for about 500 US$ more in the end.I ordered on sept 7th and got a first reply on the 19th telling me you will be in contact with me soon and that the items were on backorder.
