Over the new year holiday period we purchased a new TV. The sales person was Michael. He had a good knowledge of the different models and specifications. We knew what features we wanted and he quickly took us to the model that met these. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Indifferent, didn't want to spend time discussing my problem, sold me a similar but less spec. Anti Virus product without advising me. Didn't seem interested. Off hand. Closed storage door while I considered his passing response never again!

The new store is fantastic. Lots more products available and plenty of parking space. Good to see the team back!

Went into the Warkworth store to purchase a new printer - a 15 minute drive from home. Tried calling but they were obviously busy. Went online to see if they had the printer I wanted and it was. Got there only to be told they didn't have it instore. There was one ON DISPLAY, but was told that wasn't for sale. If you are going to have items ON DISPLAY, then you should have at least one in store for sale. Then when that sells, the computer will automatically order a replacement.Most unhelpful salesman and have certainly lost my business.

Well knowledgeable staff and friendly. Great stock and if they don't have something they get it for you.

I am reviewing this outlet once again.I have given it a star rating of 1, because there are no zero stars.The service from the sales lady was excellent and cannot be faulted, the machine arrived at the designated time and on the designated day, the 20th December.So far, all was excellent.However it all well pear shaped from there.The installers stated that they had finished installing the machine and checked that there were no leaks, and they left.However what they didn't do, was to check that the laundry tub which they moved for some inexplicable reason, hadn't leaked.Because they only checked the outlet from the washing machine.When we ran the tap into the tub there was a leak from the waste from the laundry tub to the waste pipe.I called the company and the installers returned, saying that they couldnt fix it and it needed a plumber to fix it.I returned back to the store in Warkworth the next day and asked to speak to the manager.I was asked why I wanted the manager which I responded, this of course must have initiated a red flag, as I was then advised that the manager couldnt come down from his office to see me, and that the sales lady would have to handle it.The problem and situation was explained to the sales lady, she also queried as to why the tub should have been moved!I was then advised by her after she called the installers, that the installers said that they never moved the tub, which was a blatant lie.I emailed photos showing the different positions of where the tub was before it was moved, and afterwards. Both my wife and I are adamant and know that the tub had been moved and this movement caused the sealing ring to be disturbed.Because, when the tub was moved, my wife had to vacumn up the accomulated dust that was under the tub, and against the wall, showing from its original location.Therefore my review of this company is now a 1 star rating based on their service department alone, and the follow up from the Indian manager of the installing department, basically calling me a liar, and believing his installers.To say that I was furious would be an understatement.When I visited the sales outlet I requested to see the manager, however the manager decided that he or she was just not available, and left the sales lady to deal with it, another poor decision from the manager.However if I write this review from a point of view about the sales outlet, it would be a 4 or 5 star rating.Just tying to get to a person in charge by telephone is all nigh impossible.They hide behind, and have as their standard comment, due to privacy reasons we cannot give out the name of the General Manager"Noel Leeming need to understand that the customer is always right

Decent store, plenty of staff to help. Usually find what i need.
