The best fishing gear and service in Wellington. Felix is super friendly and has fantastic knowledge and provides a great service for any level of fishing and budget. Highly recommend just having a lunchtime browse if you are in the cuba st area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is an absolute gem of a shop. Felix and Steve are fantastic; helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have answered all my questions (on numerous visits), repaired gear, and sold me some excellent stuff.Really can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you are new or returning to the sport.

Felix has learnt his fishing skills in the shop and on the water from the best. He listens before offering sound advice and will go the extra distance to satisfy a customer. I always make a point of dropping in to see the team when I’m in town to chat and check out the latest kit and industry news. Felix will be on the Wellington fishing scene for a long time and I can assure you a relationship with Capital Fishing is one worth developing if you are serious about the sport.

Great little shop on Ghuznee Street in Wellington CBD. Felix was so helpful with giving some useful advise about fishing in the Wellington Area and was happy to let us know a couple of successful spot both on the South and West Coast. Has a great range of tackle. Fantastic service and truly helpful. Highly recommend popping in to see Felix.

Great service and great range. Felix and the team are always happy to share knowledge and advice, and if they don’t stock it they will get it in overnight for you. Just good people that want to see everyone enjoy catching fish. I’ve moved to the South Island and still get all my gear from Capital Fishing. You just can’t beat good service.
