I understand we are all busy / always willing to give people another opportunity. Really disappointed with the customer service I have received from the Dunedin branch over the last two years. We have been returning customers, the after care has been absolutely poor.lack of contact/ quote / waiting weeks to make flooring arrangements - when asking why it had taken so long - told they just hadn’t done it, sorry?It’s been 3 weeks this time, and still nothing.Would not recommend.

What a great deal this store gave me, the purchase was the best and delivered on time. Not only that but the carpet off-cut was enough to make 4 matching mats. I was stoked. Be back to this store for more of their of the deals they offer.

They say they are all care no responsibility is what I was told when they sold us 3 rolls of carpet claiming to be the same batch. Which they certainly are not. The next sentence was it is not our fault if we are told wrong .
