The customer service said the test was available, but it then cancelled by this agency. Have no notice or further information about reschedule. Only learned that when I called them. The guy refused to refund the fee, and not pick up my call later. Until I used another number to get the contact, but he said he does not care about complaints, and still no willing to give the registration fee back. Worst service ever I had in NZ.

The results were obviously lost in the post, and this company refused to post another one out even three weeks later which is completely unreasonable. People only do this test because they need the results for something urgent! If I had known this I would have used a different company.
