What an absolute gentleman Jamie is! On holiday our motorhome developed a worrying squeak and we popped in, unannounced, for diagnosis and reassurance. Jamie was very busy but was warm and welcoming, and gave us 20 minutes of his precious time to find the fault and reassure us that it was safe to proceed. He gave us advice on how to fix it, and a number of other small issues. He is both knowledgeable and very kind. Wish we lived nearby because he would be our 'go guy' if we did! Jamie and the team were so accommodating and lovely! they fixed our grey water pipe in less than 30 minutes overall a really good experience. very prompt with responses to emails as well.

Jamie & his team were extremely helpful, providing all the information I needed and a proper quote before they undertook a repair job which had previously been done elsewhere by another caravan company. The previous company had not done a good job and made the repair job tricky but Jamie went the extra mile to make sure his team did a quality job at a good price. JL Coachbuilders actually care about their customers and their property & provide excellent customer service.

The sink in my campervan was leaking everywhere - I came here in a whim and the owner and employees were so nice! Told me where to buy a replacement part and then installed it for a really reasonable price. They even filled up my water tank which was low which saved me the hassle of finding drinking water.If I ever find myself in CChurch again, I won’t go anywhere else for repairs.I rolled right up and had someone immediately greet me. I was in and out in less than an hour. Fantastic service!It’s also a bit outside of downtown so not as crazy busy and easy to find parking. 11/10.

I can not thank Jamie enough as I went to see him about damage that had been done to my camper. I was very stressed out and Jamie stopped what he was doing and got a quote out to the insurance company as quickly as he could. the only reason that I didn't use Jamie for the repairs was the insurance company decided to right off my camper. I would highly recommend Jamie for any work you made need done, He is very professional and very understanding in stressful situations
