Techpro Dress Smart (Christchurch)

Super helpful and really quick service. A lot was awesome!

I purchased a charging cable as my mobile phone had died (and I was just visiting Christchurch for the day). Unfortunately my rental car did not have a USB charger port that worked, so I went back to Techpro. The customer service was exceptional. Not only did my server refund me for the cable as I could not use it, but he put my phone on charge at the kiosk whilst I meandered around Dressmart. It changed my mood entirely, thanks for going above & beyond guys!

Came here to get a gel screen protector 2 months ago. Their policy is that if it peels within 3 months, they redo it for free. It immediately started peeling so came back in for a new one, with no issues. This one started peeling so I came back in but they couldn't redo it since the employee was unsure since she couldn't find me in the system (she was new). If you're going to sell $50 screen protectors, they shouldn't be peeling so easily and you should be honoring your own policy. Employees should also be properly trained to handle these things, I don't blame the employee, it's likely a lack of training. I will update my review if this issue gets sorted when I come back in.

I visited TechPro located at dress-mart Hornby. to change my screen card for my mobile. Firstly,the charge was so affordable and they also they gave us an excellent service. Also very genuinely cleared some of our questions related to mobile.Very much suggested .!!!!

Screen repaired. Service was ok but believe this vendor uses cheap inferior parts. Initially the screen was dull which was replaced. With the second “more superior screen” in the sunlight I could see the electronics behind... It fell (not far off the ground) recently and the screen cracked reinforcing to me the screen was a cheap knockoff as the glass shouldn’t have broken from this impact. Maybe they all do this but I’m going to shop around for a genuine replacement screen and it won’t be here.
