Lovely staff. They do not appear to have gf food but if you ask they tell you what they can do. I had a toasted sandwich which had generous fillings and was a reasonable price.

Wouldn't play here again ! Played $95 each day after Xmas, thinkIng we were playing one of the best courses in NZ, according to there web site , and we decided to treat our selfs for last game of the year . . Greens where the worse I have ever played on .

This is a very tidy and well-maintained golf course. It is a flat course with mostly straight fairways on the first nine then several interesting dog legs thereafter. The tee signs are some of the best that I've seen and also very good paths. Note that the 5 par lake IS longer than you think.The clubhouse is large, tidy and comfortable, perfect for the 19th hole. Easy parking outside and a good pro shop.

No atmosphere, or comradery, 80 / 90% empty in the clubhouse immediately after the results announced. So the answer is introducing funeral services, for nonmembers???This is a sad state of affairs.

Played here on a Tuesday morning making for an enjoyable experience. Two very different nines. The first the original layout with very tight fairways, smaller greens and mostly straight holes. The second nine, which the pro shop told me was redone only a few years ago, is much more modern with open undulating fairways and large resort style greens. Not the longest course and flat overall, but in great condition when I visited with very competitive green fees. The staff, including the green keepers were all super friendly, reveiling the club's lovely community.

Very disappointing, paid $95 to play what I thought was one of the best courses in ChCh. Boxing Day and greens had been cored within the last week or two. This made the experience simply awful especially when you have planned this over the holidays. Should have advertised the fact this had been done and we would have organised somewhere else
