Warm Fuzzies

Very unprofessional, technically and factually incorrect report. Created a lot more work than was intended. Very poor job. The company was unable to provide the details on the basis which they based their report. On emailing the company about the issue it has caused us, we have not received any response for over 2 weeks.

***Update _ Got sent beautiful flowers today for the mix up. Installation day is now booked.***Actually really appreciate that. Had roof and underfloor insulation. They didn't do the underfloor as they said they couldn't get access. So we removed our stuff. Rebooked another day. The day of the installation came so assumed it was done. I wanted to store my stuff back under the house so checked to see if they had done it. Hadn't been done. 4 weeks pass and it finally get confirmation of this. Customer service couldn't offer an explanation as to why they didn't come or rebook it. Really dissappoiting. I believe if I didn't need to restore my things back under the house and physically see it wasn't done it would never have been done. Pretty poor especially when these things are paid for upfront.

Book an inspection. Got an automated computer message to say it has been rescheduled with 2 weeks delay. Attempted to call the business multiple times to work out a suitable timeNo one ever answers . No one returned my calls .

Friendly inspector would have been better if people from previous visits shared info regarding the location of different areas they need to access so we knew how to make access to those areas more easy.

Fantastic service. Clear concise instructions for what needs to be done to my rental.Would highly recommend to all IP owners.
