A bit of background, we only realised there was a water leak after receiving the water bill, a shocking 4x more than our monthly average usage. We called all local plumbers but everyone seems to too busy to take up the job.Coppertop is the only company willing to send a team member to checkout as we were unable to find the leak at the time. Before he came, we managed to find the leak under house. We notified them about it and team member came the following morning and fixed it within 10mins. The young man did a great job and was courteous. He showed me the replacement part. Definitely, my go to plumber. Highly recommended.

We found Coppertop Plumbing to be excellent. They responded quickly to our request and came the next day. Ray was the plumber who came and did the job. He was polite, friendly, and helpful. He knew what he was doing and solved the problem. The invoice was reasonable too.

I contacted Coppertop plumbing to inspect & recommend repair to a hot water system required as part of a house purchase condition. Not only did they provide an assessment on the day of my enquiry, they fixed it the next day at a very reasonable cost. I was extremely happy with their service.

We engaged Coppertop to supply and install a new gas instant hot water system in conjunction with our kitchen renovation. Their advice was great and provided options to choose location of the system components. The onsite guys were a pleasure to work with, we had complications arise, but they found a way through with good humor. The cost was reasonable, and the service was great, at every level. I would recommend them without hesitation. They will be our first choice of plumbers in the future. Thanks Geoff and your team.

Geoff is a consummate professional who arranged the replacement of our leaking / rusting water cylinder under warranty. He communicated promptly and arrange installation of the new cylinder without fuss or any issues. His staff were courteous and took away the old cylinder too. We were left very happy with this company’s attention to detail.

Geoff was a godsend for us as one of our rental properties HWC needed replacing.I tried a few Plumbers but all were booked out.When I called Geoff he understood the urgency in getting the new HWC installed and he and his team got this done in the same day we called him.Outstanding service.We and our tenant really appreciated the work done.Would certainly recommend Coppertop to anyone who wants a quality plumbing job done.
