The vegies in this shop are ssso fresh. They will last twice as long as the super market veg! YUM.And fruit, double YUM. Worth every penny you pay.. and NOT over priced. The girl at the counter is really nice too. You haven't had fresh, until you go to Parklands, Balmoral. Plenty of parking too. Enjoy.

Been shopping here for 4 years and the fruit is always fresh and has a great shelf life. A few items are a little dearer than countdown, pak n save and New World but it dose last twice as long.
