The young lady at reception was extremely unpleasant & unhelpful. Was not willing to assist in any way, nor did she look like she wanted to be there. I had multiple interactings with her, not a single time did she smile or use any friendly/welcoming mannerisms. Its very rare I'll express my frustration on the Internet but from the service I received from this one lady something needed to be said.On the other hand the mechanics were excellent. Provided a efficient service.

Went in for an airbag recall/replacement.In and out in the specified time. Left in a hurry to get back to work and forgot my bag.When I was able to turn around and go back, they brought it out to me from behind the counter.Waiting area is more like a corporate office than a mechanics garage.The service I went in for was complimentary, but would have been happy with the service even if I had paid.The eye candy of the NSX outside didn't hurt either.
