I brought Ormiston rise from them 2 years ago. They told us we goner move in around June 2021. We are still waiting and don't know the settlement date.One of the W&S agent send us a progress report in March 2021 telling us they are on schedule. Then developer announced they are going through receivership on may 2021. Turns out the progress report was full of lies, they were nowhere close to completion.I know it's not the agent's fault for delays. But I'm giving one star because they lied and give us false information.

It's a pleasure to work with Sarah to sell our house. She is warm and friendly. Sarah spends a lot of time following up every lead and treating prospective buyers with respect. She attends to every detail and has marketed our house well, we had many clients at the open homes. Sarah is well organised, if someone wants to come back during the week, she gives us plenty of warning. Sarah has excellent knowledge of market trends. She is creative in finding solutions when issues arise. She has a consistent work ethic and always works to high standards.

Not even worth a value of a single star rating.Wallace Stratton provides false information regarding completion of the projects while other real estate agency has realistic completion date for the same project.Initially we were told Henderson Green project would finish in December 21, however due to lockdown its completion was moved to Feb 2022 (which we acknowledge considering the current Covid Situation) . Still we are waiting for builder to complete the work.The developer does not really provides much information on why there is a delay. We have follow up with our Wallace Stratton Agent every time asking if builder has provided monthly update (ideally builder should provide the update on regular basis rather than waiting for its clients to ask for) & then we receive email stating builder has asked to contact his solicitor if we need more information or need update. Again builder's solicitor does not reply to any emails !!!Pathetic customer service this Real Estate agency has provided so far.So far we have been promised multiple months/ time for settlement which gets postponed for 2 months minimum (reason unknown), same goes with inspection. We then receive confirmation stating Builder books inspection but that also gets delayed or postponed for unknown reasons.Generally buying a first home is everyone's happy dream however for us this has become a night mare and very stressful.

I bought a property 27 months ago from The Neighbourhood of Ormiston(The NOO) through Wallace & Stratton.The Team from Wallace & Stratton send me the fake updates initially and mislead me with the sunset date saying sunset date was for the entire project our home should be delivered in April 2021 which never delivered.Be careful while dealing with them its been 2 years we still didn't get our property yet and struggling to find the actual date. Do your Due deligence carefully especially while dealing with them.
