Brotisserie

We hired Jaron and his team at Brotisserie to cater our wedding in March 2021. Even from first contact, Jaron was a pleasure to work with – quick responses to our emails, very flexible with the catering options, and accommodated our every request, especially since we had to reschedule due to COVID. His expertise in the industry helped us tailor the menu to ensure all dietary requirements were accommodated – he’s even got vegetarian and vegan options, something we didn’t think was possible with a rotisserie!Brotisserie arrived at the venue right on time, set up in exactly the right spot, and had food ready to serve as per the agreed schedule. We found Jaron to be genuine, honest, and hard-working, and better yet, he is very practical and resourceful and will tend to any issues on the day quickly and quietly without getting the client involved.The food was incredible both visually and taste-wise. We had endless comments from guests raving about how neat and modern the food truck looked and the appetising sight of the pork and bird rotating on the spit. They also couldn’t help but mention how fresh and juicy all the meats were, especially the perfect crunch of the crackling. Him and his staff had the food service arranged like clockwork, serving 120 guests in about an hour, surely that’s a record!At the end of the evening, Jaron and his team packed up and left the venue without a trace, something that was much appreciated by us and the venue owners.If you’re tossing up whether to engage Brotisserie to cater your event with delicious and succulent meats (as well as other options) that will have your guests smiling ear to ear, then look no further, you won’t be disappointed.
