I was cynical about reflexology, until I tried it. It’s relaxing, calming and healing … and my 73 year old, flat footed father loves it too!!

I followed Shan for a couple of years before I went to see her because I don't like my feet being touched. I made my first appointment thinking theres no way I am going to be able to handle this. Man was i wrong! It's the best thing I ever did for myself. I look forward to every appointment and feel amazing afterwards. So if there's anyone putting it off for the same reason please give it a go. You won't regret it.

Due to being an active trainer and refereeing sport at a high level, I had been having severe calf/hamstring/lower back troubles for a long time .I had been thinking about Reflexology for a wee while, as I know a few people that had had it and swear by it . So I decided to try it .It has been the best decision I’ve made in terms of helping my body. Reflexology immediately took away any pain and niggles that I was having and freed my mobility in my body.It has also helped mentally in lead ups to big tournaments or games , as I KNOW I’m going to be fit and firing at those events.I go one session a month. If I feel like i need an extra session I just contact Shannon , and she’s always very accommodating.Will continue to go to Shannon, whether it be to fix, or to maintain.

I've never felt so relaxed in my life!Shannon has such a warm, calm and gentle vibe and is happy to explain what she is doing in the process. I'm most definitely going back for more sessions.
