Stopped on my way through on Tuesday 28/02/2023, had a wonderful Pork Schnitzler meal. Excellent food, nice drinks and very popular place.Will enjoy food there again if passing through.

Something has happened in the kitchen. We stop in here for lunch every now and then and have always loved it. This time (6 weeks ago) the food was not great. My husbands food lacked the wow factor. He had the chicken and coleslaw. But the huge disappointment was my fish & chips. The batter was dark dark brown to the point of burnt. I was just so shocked when I saw it I wasnt sure what to do. I still ate it and said nothing as I was hungry & the place was jam packed. We will be passing through Morrinsville tomorrow and definitely wont be going there.

Order two meals, not very impressive, but need to taste more to give accurate comments. Anyway, the atmosphere is amazing
