Carpet Mill

It was a very happy experience dealing with Carpet Mill when we had carpet laid through our home about 6 or 7 years ago. We came by this time to buy a remnant to carpet our wee campervan. From the exceptionally good service we received from Kaye you would think we were buying a full house lot! We'll certainly be back when we DO want a full house lot next time!

These guys are great.We had a slight issue and needed to put off our laying by 3 days, due to the builders taking longer. Which they sorted out, thank you. I wish I dealt with more companies with your attitude.Only problem is, the whole house is carpeted and vinyled now, so I won't see you for 20 years :)

Very overpriced and charged for the work has not been done. Not recommended.Hi joshThanks for asking about expalainataion.Firstly sorry this is not for your branch this review for Te rapa branch in Hamilton.Secondly I did not cancelled the job. Your company installer told me that we don't need to put carpet on stairs. He cancelled it not me. He never tod me that I get charge for carpet. I asked him very clearly that will I get charge for anything and he said no you will not get charge for anything as he is not doing the job for that. He never explained me I will get charge for carpet. If he will let me know at the same time then I will pay 83 dollars xtra and get the job done for stairs as well. I was totally misguided from the company about it. If I knew that I will get charge for carpet for no reason i will not say installer to not to do it. I thought I save 200 something dollars that's why I agree with installer. I explain to Stan all about it but you guys doesn't want to listen and threatening me to give my name to debt collector. Which is totally unfair. I have paid the money but from very unhappiness and that carpet which you saying is at my home I have told to installer take it back but he told me you keep it without telling me I am getting charge for that. I got misguided totally.You can take your carpet anytime back. I never asked to left that carpet in my home. Very unhappy and felt ripped off from carpet mill at Te Rapa branch Hamilton.

We contacted Carpet Mill after our room got flooded. Skyla was the person allocated to help us. She was magnificent - her quick response and action helped us replace our carpets in quick time. The quality of installation was excellent. Thank you Skyla and the team!

The service and quality of product has been outstanding. They moved quickly, coordinated around us as a customer. Everyone we have dealt with at Carpet mill were professional and worked with urgency. The put up with my terrible home stager Waikato Home Staging who kept changing the dates (and who we has subsequently cancelled due to bad service) But Carpet Mill couldn't have been more helpful, and they worked closely with their contactors to help us. We had originally started with Carpet Court who not only were much more expensive but who never called us back when we went into their store in Hamilton 3 times to order and left several phone messages. They don't even know we have cancelled our order because no one called us back after they measured, quoted and we ordered. We went straight to Carpet Mill instead who are amazing!!!!Don't use anyone else. Carpet Mill in Hamilton is phenomenal.I cannot recommend them enough.Thanks so much Carpet Mill.

I wouldn't buy carpet mill carpet again and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy there carpet.Had the hole house done they said the color would lighten up a bit yeah ok but bloodly hell it's changed so much it doesn't look anything like what we choose now.Also within a few months you could already see wear on the carpet where you walk.I have call and they said they would send someone around to look but know one has come.It's been months since I called.
