Let’s start off with the positive - the coffee was good.Unfortunately the food from the cabinet was served luke warm and the tiny portion of expensive pasta plated up, was beyond a joke. No chef on duty - yet again - to serve the freshly cooked food that would have got them 4 or even 5 stars.

Comfortable enough seating and great view of the airport. The only place you can buy food and coffee at the airport- they seem to be well aware of that. Service is under pressure and food is pricey. No doubt I’ll be back.

Been here twice, both times they are shut early or wont serve coffee or alcohol. No bar manager ever available. Very dissapointing for the only food outlet at New Plymouth Airport.

Nice coffee, friendly staff and as it's inside the airport a great medern atmosphere. Quick service with a smile and plant of choises from the menu or counter. Prices are reasonable for the location.

Bought two hot drinks and a muffin which they asked if I wanted it heated with butter. The drinks took almost 10 minutes and the muffin almost 15 (when I mentioned it to the girl bringing the drinks ). No teaspoons provided with the tea or hot chocolate to stir them. The hot chocolate was milky and flavourless, until I got to the bottom - that’s where all the unstirred hot chocolate was. Tea was hot, “hot chocolate” wasn’t. The muffin (when it finally arrived) was barely warm. I will avoid using that place again unless I’m really really hungry.

I tried to order an overpriced breakfast because there was nothing in the cabinet that accommodated food allergies. Was told that I couldn't order food because no one was there to cook it. No apology.

The food was alright (if a little cold), but the service was subpar. They didn't seem to care about the customer experience. Lots of players and rubbish left in the tables for ages, despite them not being particularly busy. No eye contact, no smiles. At least the surfaces were clean.

My glass of water had lipstick stains on it, and not a single empty table had been cleared up from previous customers’ orders and mess. Very disappointed about the cleanliness and health standards here, considering they belong to a big hospo group.

Disappointing that you had nothing gluten free to eat for lunch. The ONE g f option was a sweet slice...I guess this is what happens when you have a monopoly on selling food at the airport I'm sure you can do better.Settled for a coffee which was superb but I've never had such a little large coffee.
