Great place

It was a very easy and a pleasure to build with GJ's. I highly recommend them. Whatever you want to do you can do with them. The whole team was fantastic from the project managers, the office staff, even the tradies they use were amazing!Built well on time and on budget with no surprises.

Me and my husband are both first home buyers with not much amount of money to buy our first home, we were hesitant to approach GJ Gardner as they don't have a house in their listing that is within our budget. It was a pleasant surprise that even if such is our situation, Home Consultant Harry Singh has called us back, invited us for a meeting and has patiently explained the whole process to us, and has taken his time to show us around their show home in Kaiapoi. He treated us with respect, as if we were buying a million dollar home. He is also great with follow-ups and has answered our questions promptly anytime of the day, and he actions our request promptly too. We are really thankful for Harry. ❤️

Building a home with them

Great builder and I have dealth with a few, being a property investor. They built a house in a challenging time. Good quality, response and house looks great.
