Acorn came and cleaned the kwila deck on our property, which hadn't been maintained for 20 years. Excellent service. Timely response to request for quote, prompt work completion and consistent, excellent communication. The owner took time to explain the different options and personally reviewed the job to make certain everything was done to a high standard. Very satisfied with this business.

The service I received was below unsatisfactory. When I asked them for a quote, I clearly told them I want house washing including gutters cleaning that run along the roof. I was at work when they organised the cleaning and emailed me the bill. I paid the bill straightaway even before I got home and checked the quality of cleaning. But when I got home (which was after I paid the bill) and checked the quality of their work, the gutters weren’t cleaned. I sent them a photo and video of dirty gutters, but didn’t hear anything from them. I would never suggest them to any one. One lesson Acorn house washing taught me is that ‘NEVER PAY THE BILL FOR THE SERVICES YOU RECEIVED WITHOUT CHECKING THE QUALITY OF THE WORK’You saying that you never did any services at out property is a lie. You did the job on 19/04/2018 and invoiced me for $440 (gst inclusive). I was interacting with Timothy Quirke at Acorn house washing. I am not able to attach the invoice here or else I would have.
