Food was actually good and reasonably priced but:.....-we waited more than 30mins for our meal because our order was missed. Apologies made by staff but still it wasnt a good experience seeing ALL 3 other tables had their food before us, we ordered 2nd and right before the first table ordered. Staff could have easily seen this when she brought food to other tables but she didnt realise until I called her( after waited >20mins and other tables around us had food).-meals were made but its once again was wrong. We ordered lemongrass pork chop on rice but got grilled pork instead. We couldnt wait for it to be remade again. Once again, apologies made and we were given $1 refund due to difference in price of the meals, should have been handled differently. Not a good experience to have, we didnt need the $1 refund tbh and too tired to argue. Its been a long day.Overall, the food was good but the entire experience ruined our meal.We just wanted some good, enjoyable vnese meals at rotorua why is it so hard :( probs we visited on an unusual day of the restaurant, we work in hospo so we could somewhat empathise the mistakes but could have been handled better.

Fabulous little eatery with amazing food and good prices. We rolled up without a reservation and were dealt with pleasantly and efficiently. We ordered different food and all of it was good quality and tasty.

Spicy beef noodle soup and pork chop rice are amazing. Rice noodle is very tender and tasty, this is the first time I found this kind of rice noodle in NZ. It tastes like the freshly made rice noodle, instead of the one made from the dried noodles. Pork chop is crispy in the fat part and tender in the lean part. All beyond my expectation, recommend.

Fantastic place! Food was delicious with good portions. We ordered the lemon grass chicken, rice noodles chicken and prawn, fried chicken noodles and fried rice, all of which was Fantastic! Service is amazing considering they were busy, we got our food within 15mins. Would highly recommend the restaurant.

What a cosy set up! We had the vegetarian noodle soup and spicy lemongrass pork noodle soup. Both had generous portions of vegetables and pork. Albeit my spicy pork bowl was a little too sweet to be pho standard" and my partner's vegetarian soup had small pieces of pork in it-which was very off putting for him. Overall

It was our first time in Rotorua and tried this Vietnamese restaurant because of the good reviews. And oh boy, we really loved their food that we ate there twice! We tried their Lemongrass Pork Chop + Crispy Chicken + Fried Noodles with Chicken / Pork and all were good and portion was big. Would love to go back here when we visit Rotorua again.
